Our Garden Centre
opens in May in a riot of colour, with annuals and perennials galore,
as well as all kinds of vegetable seedlings. Also on hand are gardening
supplies-peat moss, fertilizers, and patio stones.
We
start thinking about gardening earlier than May, though. Before the
snow has
melted, we feature a large display of packaged seeds, and carry all kinds
of gardening tools and implements.
The Easter season
brings a welcome and lovely selection of spring lilies, Martha Washington
geraniums, chrysanthemums and mini rose bushes. The store is transformed.
